my thumb is shaped like a sausage, which is part of the arthritis i have, it also gets stuck in the bent postion if i bend my thumb at the first knuckle, you can see when it gets stuck. ma said gross! now for my pinky, on the inside of the second knuckle is where i have the knob growing. my left index finger looks like my thumb. you can also get the sausage like on your toes and this disease is hereditary.
