sunday afternoon

sunday is getting garbage ready day. here is ma doing just that. ma took a picture of me holding the shephards hook. and the last is a picture of the whiskey barrel with mums in, this will be the last year for that barrel, it is fallen apart.

i also added a pic of the pampas grass i planted this year. it is in the shades of purple.

autumn

here are a few of the pictures i took on my nature walk in my back yard. the squirrels are chewing away on the tree in the backyard. also these are weird looking mushrooms growing on the tree. also all of the leaves in the backyard! more will be blowing in from the neighbors yard.

New curtains

i bought some energy saver curtains for the computer room. in winter there is a breeze that comes in thru the windows. hopefully they will cut down on some of the cold air that blows in.

here are a few pictures of family things in the house and neighborhood. the other day mr. hermann had his trees taken down, they built a brick wall around the yard. we don't like it but it isn't up to us. the one is of the birthday cards mother got. on saturday we cut the flowers out of the one garden, they grow like weeds! so hopefully next year they will spread out all over.
